Terms and Conditions:

• Ocean Park General Admission Ticket will be reserved on the next day of the Hotel check-in date. Subject to Ocean Park operational schedule. Ocean Park is temporarily closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday.  For the guests who check-in on Mondays and Tuesdays for the date of the tickets, please advise upon booking made (tickets are subject to availability) For actual operation hours, please check here
• Water World Admission Ticket will be sent to the guest by email and guests are required to make an online reservation for their visit date at the Water World website. Subject to Water World operational schedule.  For actual operation hours, please check here
• Water World Ticket reserved date is no cancellation and no amendment will be allowed
• Prior reservation is required: Ocean Park at least 1 day in advance; Water World at least 4 days in advance. Tickets availability will subject to Ocean Park or Water World booking situation
• No cancellation, no amendment, and no refund will be allowed once the booking is confirmed
• Supplement charge on Friday, Saturday, Public Holiday and eve
• The above rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable)
• The offers are subject to room and tickets availability and changes without prior notice

Water World Shuttle Bus Service
Complimentary shuttle bus service between Ocean Park and Water World is available for Water World Admission Ticket holders. A ticket number is required for the reservation of shuttle bus, through the Online Reservation System on Water World Ocean Park website.
