Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk, remote and onsite support of IT systems, including the handling of the incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems in hotel environment
• Perform first tier problem solving and escalation to senior if required
• Install software to PC and/or related equipment
• On-job training will be provided
• Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
 

• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role (hardware & software)
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Shift duty is required and overnight only for urgent case
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Write, translate, edit and proofread promotional copy, advertisements, video scripts and business plan;
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of tone;
• Provide creative ideas and input on a variety of projects;
• Effectively communicate highly technical information and concepts;

Requirements

• Diploma or above in advertising, marketing, journalism, communications, translation or other similar field
• At least 3 years' copywriting experience at a top agency, international company, or major publication
• Experience in travel, hospitality, PR or advertising industry is a plus
• Creative mindset with marketing and business sense and with passion in creative writing;
• Strong understanding of editing techniques and experience adhering to corporate style guides;
• Mature, independent, reliable and social media savvy
• Excellent in spoken and written English is a MUST; native or close to native English speaker preferred
• Must be able to read Chinese
