Terms & Conditions:

  1. The promotion offer is available from now to 28 February 2023 for stays from now to 28 February 2023.
  2. The room rates are based on per room per night basis and inclusive of a 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax (if applicable) for hotels in Hong Kong.
  3. The above rate is applicable to a consecutive stay of 3 nights or more.
  4. Room reservations are required to book on the selected rate plan and through the hotel's official website
  5. The promotion offer is only valid on selected dates and room categories.

  7. Flexible date change policy is applicable to the room bookings reserved between 1 October 2022 and 1 January 2023 and the stay must be completed by 31 January 2023. 
  8. The prepaid amount of the original booking will not be refunded. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rates may vary.  If there is a price difference, the hotel will charge the difference in the room price according to the check-in date, and the excess amount will not be refunded
  9. If guests need to amend the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please email/call the hotel reservation and make the date change at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.
  10. Room bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s final confirmation. Reservations must be made in advance
  11. The above rate is only applicable to the new booking.
  12. All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other products or services.
  13. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
  14. Complimentary in-room Internet access for up to 4 devices use.
  15. The promotional offer is subject to change without prior notice.
  16. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment
  17. If a guest is tested positive or is identified as close contact with a confirmed positive case after check-in, the guest can choose to stay in the original hotel to undergo isolation. The same room rate will be applied as the original period of the stay. 
  18. If a guest chooses to stay at an isolation facility, he/she has to report via the online platform “Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test” (https://www.chp.gov.hk/ratp) by the reporting deadline.  The hotel will refund the remaining balance from the day after the guest is sent to the isolation facility. (e.g. 1st-night room fee will be charged if a guest is confirmed positive after occupying the guest room on arrival day.)  
  19. In view of the current pandemic situation, Hotel with immediate effect will charge HK$1,000 per guest room / HK$1,500 per suite as a disinfection fee to all hotel room guests who are classified as preliminary or confirmed cases during the stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel.
