• The promotion offer is available from now to 28 November (23:59) 2022 for stays from now to 28 February 2023
• The room rates are based on per room per night basis and inclusive of a 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax (if applicable) for hotels in Hong Kong
• The promotion offer is only valid on selected dates and room categories
• Room bookings are subject to availability and the hotel’s final confirmation. Reservations must be made in advance
• The above rate is only applicable to the new booking
• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other products or services
• The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers
• Complimentary in-room Internet access for up to 4 devices use
• The promotional offer is subject to change without prior notice
• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment
• No refund for booking cancellation, amendment, shorten the stay, no-show, early departure or any unconsumed meal(s) under all circumstances
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Regal Kowloon Hotel is final and conclusive

IMPORTANCE NOTICE :

• If a guest is tested positive after check-in, the guest can choose to stay in the original hotel to undergo isolation. The same room rate will be applied as the original period of the stay
• If a guest chooses to stay at an isolation facility, he/she has to report via the online platform “Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test” (https://www.chp.gov.hk/ratp) by the reporting deadline.  The hotel will refund the remaining balance from the day after the guest is sent to the isolation facility. (e.g. 1st-night room fee will be charged if a guest is confirmed positive after occupying the guest room on arrival day)
• In view of the current pandemic situation, Hotel with immediate effect will charge HK$1,000 per guest room / HK$1,500 per suite as a disinfection fee to all hotel room guests who are classified as preliminary or confirmed cases during the stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel.
• Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian
