Hotel guests can now complete their airline check-in process in as little as under one minute by using the“Self check-in” kiosk located at the hotel concierge on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
Presently nine airlines are available at the kiosks for passengers of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) to check-in and print their boarding passes: Cathay Dragon, Cathay Pacific, China Eastern and Shanghai Airlines. Regal Airport Hotel Associates are also available to assist guests with the process.
The airline self check-in system is part of Regal's ongoing efforts to enhance their unique guest experience, and to accommodate the worldwide trend of increasing passenger demand for self-help service. This is also a joint initiative with the Airport Authority to provide passengers of Hong Kong International Airport with a hassle-free airport experience.
