Live Seafood and Grilled Oysters Dinner Buffet

Pursuing an enjoyment of freshness? From 2 October to 8 December 2019, Café Rivoli at Regal Hongkong Hotel is presenting the newly-launched "Live Seafood and Grilled Oysters Dinner Buffet", creating a range of delicious seafood dishes and delicacies making use of local live seafood. 

 The highlight of the dinner buffet includes Grilled Oyster with Garlic and Cumin. All oysters are freshly-shucked daily and grill upon guests’ order every night. The oysters match well with the garlic and cumin powder, giving a pleasant aroma! On top of the grilled oysters, another cooked-to-order seafood must not be missed is the Stir-fried Clams with Black Bean and Chili, which is one of the most familiar dishes among Hong Kong people. Fresh clam cooked with savory black bean and chili sauce will surely satisfy your palate. The buffet table is also filled with a variety of chilled seafood, including Lobsters, White Prawns, Golden Whelk, Mussels, Spider Crab Legs, Bread Crab, Lobster Claw, all are fresh and refreshing. Besides the cold dishes, an array of hot seafood dishes are prepared for guests’ enjoyment, such as Wok-fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onion, Wok-fried Shrimp with Garlic and Chili, Steamed Abalone with Dried Citrus Skin, Seasonal Vegetable with Fish Stock and Dried Shrimp, Lobster Soup with Fish Maw.

Nonetheless, Chef also uses mango to create a series of desserts for all sweet tooth. Mango Cheese Cake, Mango Black Sesame Slice, Mango Coconut Lasagna, Mango Chocolate Tart, Mango Vanilla Charlotte and Earl Grey Tea Milk Chocolate Mango Cake are something you will need to perfect your evening.
