Incorporating its award-winning teas and tisanes, our Executive Chef has masterfully concocted a collection of tisanes desserts and eye-pleasing savoury treats.

The tea set features two vegetarian savouries, Vegan Chicken with Rose Oolong Tea Mayo Sandwich, made out of soy bean imbue with rose petals which add a delightfully floral touch; Vegan Beef Mini Burger with Ceylon Spice Chai Tea Caramel onion, beef patty made out of beetroot, onion infuse with a warming and complex blend of spice, balanced with strong, full bodied Ceylon tea. Indulge your senses with the Salmon Gravlax Infused Lemongrass & Ginger Tea, well matching of salmon fish oil and citrus-sweet tisanes. For Smoked Shrimp with Jasmine Tea Crystal Jello, the combination of smoky and jasmine tea aromatic open up and enhanced your food exploration tour with a sprinkle of real jasmine petals. Finish off with Pepper Mint Tea Duck Rillettes, rich duck paste adds fresh and cool peppermint to rebalance your senses. 

The dessert showcases an array of floral tea-infused delights. Lady Earl Grey Chiffon Cake, creamy mousse match with TE' REVAL Earl Grey unique taste and aroma, give you a soft and sophisticated citrus zestiness. Ruby Red Delight Flavours Peach & Raspberry Meringue Tart, each bite gives you a mouthful of naturally sweet yet sour hisbiscus and rosehip. Captivating scent of Jasmine Tea Apple Garden Verrine refreshing and delightful. Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse Cake, bake with Earl Grey tea leaf and rich chocolate, generate an exceptional taste and aroma.
