Café Allegro Showcases “A Heartwarming Christmas” Seafood Dinner Buffet
Café Allegro is celebrating this festival with “A Heartwarming Christmas” Seafood Dinner Buffet, featuring over 20 kinds of seafood and luxurious festive delights, which takes your taste buds to a worldwide culinary journey. Sumptuous treats include Maine Lobster, Bread Crab, Snow Crab Leg, Prawn, Jade Sea Whelk, Mussel as well as Sea Urchin, Scallop, Hamachi and Red Shrimp sashimi. Special recommendation is Baked Scallop topped with Seared Sea Urchin. Sea urchin with scallop is an inspired pairing. The hollandaise sauce enriches the taste of the scallop while topping with flamed sea urchin is for an additional extravagance. Baking pureed prawn, bacon, onion and mushroom together with cheese, Prawn Thermidor is a blast to palate. For Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi, Australian Wagyu Beef is lightly burnt to bring out the meaty flavour and give it a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. Raclette Cheese served with new potatoes and pickled cucumbers prepared à la minute at the live cooking station must be the most enticing choice for cheese lovers.
