Fungus is found to be successful in boosting the immune system, the chef carefully designed a series of mushroom dishes using a variety of fungi. Japanese Matsutake which is known to be “The King of Fungus” and “The Queen of Fungus”, are specially selected for some of the tasty dishes on the menu to put a smile on your face with food that not only tastes good but is also packed with ingredients that are good to your health.
