Our Chief Executive Chinese Chef introduces a series of healthy dishes emphasizing seasonal ingredients and healthy cooking methods to refresh your palate at Regal Court.

Highlight includes Stir-fried Lobster with Black Truffle and Egg White which is a cut above the rest. The sumptuous lobster balls perfectly match with the aromatic black truffle and egg white, offering an extraordinary choice for the diners. For an additional extravagance, the dish is decorated with artful presentation which leaves quite an impression. Relish the freshness of Steamed Grouper with Black Garlic, Fungus and Angled Luffa. The sweet and sour taste of black garlic can whet your appetite while iron rich fungus and refreshing angled luffa are healthy picks. Fig is a seasonal fruit with high nutritional value. Chef Tsang concocts Braised Chicken with Fig and Salted Lemon using this inimitable ingredient together with piquant salty lemon to bring you superb enjoyment. If you are a beef lover, you should not miss Stir-fried Diced Waygu Beef with Dragon Fruit and Mushrooms. The waygu beef is slightly stir-fried to give it a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness while the fiber rich dragon fruit has balanced the greasy taste and elevated the flavour of the meat. On the other hand, the Stir-fried Shrimp with Celery, Mushrooms and Quinoa enables a patron to savour an assortment of healthy pairings in one dish.
