Café Allegro is featuring “Lobster and Wild Mushrooms” Seafood Dinner Buffet that showcases an array of scrumptious delicacies made with Lobster and nine kinds of wild mushrooms (Shitake, Shimeji, Oyster Mushroom, Enoki, Portobello, Morel, Black Truffle, Maitake, Porcini) to whet your appetite.
For Lobster craving, the unlimited serving of succulent Chilled Maine Lobster is a value for money choice while the rich Lobster Bisque with Seafood and Crispy Rice offers a layered taste. Alternatively, the Wagyu Sukiyaki is a perfect choice to beat the cold weather. Diners can select different ingredients such as Australian Wagyu, an array of wild mushrooms, tofu, assorted vegetables and condiments to be served in a sweet soy-based broth. Chicken Porcini Terrine and Black Truffle and Shitake Consumme Jelly are notable appetizers created by our chef. Porcini Fish Roll with Morel Sauce exudes an enticing flavour while Double-boiled Soup with Sea whelk and Maitake is nourishing. Japanese Chilled Bean Curd with Shimeji Mushroom plus Truffle and Wild Mushroom Te-Maki with Cheese are also “not-to-be-missed” items too. These mushrooms further elevate the taste of the dishes with their delectable aroma.
Other signature treats include Chilled Seafood on Ice (Snow Crab Leg, Jade Sea Whelk, Green Mussel, British Bread Crab and Fresh Shrimp), Pan-seared Foie Gras, Roasted Lamb Rack with Black Truffle Sauce, Steamed Scallops with Glass Noodle and Gold Garlic, Roasted Prime OP Rib of Beef, Smoked Salmon, Argentina Red Shrimp, Hamachi, Organic and Hydroponic Vegetables Salad Bar, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi as well as Indian Curry, all served along our extensive buffet counter.
Finally, savour the mouth-watering desserts at the Dessert Corner to end the dinner with a perfect note. Chocoholics should be impressed by the rich and luscious chocolate desserts made from different types of WEISS chocolate.
