To meet the specific needs of attending guests, our Executive Chef Ray Lam has specially crafted four theme coffee breaks, originated from the colour of ingredients to brighten up your event. For example, beetroot, strawberry, raspberry and red chili are picked to prepare Powerful Red while mango, peach, orange and caramel are selected for Energetic Yellow. Healthy Green is incorporated with guacamole, cucumber, green tea, mint, basil oil and kaffir lime while Motivational Mauve is comprised of purple potato, blueberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry sauce. Simply upgrade the meeting package from regular coffee break to theme coffee break with only an additional HK$60* per person. Below are the colour theme coffee breaks for your selection.
