In celebration of the recognition, the culinary team of Vi has delicately crafted the MASTERCHEF Wine-pairing menu to tantalize our guests’ taste buds.

Chef Christopher Yeung, Chief Executive Chinese Chef of Regal Palace, Regal Hongkong Hotel and Chef Tsang Chung Hong, Chief Executive Chinese Chef of Regal Court, Regal Kowloon Hotel launch a specially designed “8-course MASTERCHEF Wine-pairing Menu” to take guests’ dining experience to the next level with a variety of innovative and signature dishes.

Chef Yeung has over 25 years of culinary experience and specialized in infusing Western ingredients into Cantonese cooking methods. Renowned for his creativity and innovation, Chef Tsang has been recognized by several local awards and holds over 35 years of culinary experience.

The menu begins with the delicate Braised Abalone and Bean Curd Salad with Homemade Sesame Sauce, paired with Louis Latour Mâcon-Lugny "Les Genièvres" 2019/20, which is a French white wine with a lovely honey, apples and nutty flavours on the palate. The menu also features the innovative dish like Crab-steamed Sticky Rice with Hua Diao Minced Garlic. Inspired by its shape, he baked sticky rice and stuffed it in a crab shell before placing it on top of the crab-shaped plate.

The 8-course menu is priced at HK$888 per person with 4 glasses of wine (minimum 2 persons) and subject to 10% service charge.
