Step 2: After booking your stay on the hotel website, please email a copy of your machine-printed receipt(s) from physical retailers and/or dining outlets in Hong Kong during the programme spending period (up to two receipts with a minimum value of HK$800) to the hotel for verification. Each receipt can only be used once

• The hotel will inform you whether your booking is successful within 48 hours upon receiving your receipt(s)
• You will be asked to provide your credit card details upon making a reservation for payment guarantee purposes. Please check with the hotel for details. Terms and conditions apply
• If you do not hear from the hotel after 48 hours, please contact them directly to check your booking status
• Please present your original verified purchase receipt(s) upon check-in. Otherwise, you may be charged the original price

Important notes

• Only Hong Kong Identity card holders are eligible for this discounted staycation offer. All hotel guests shall comply with (i) all Government’s directions and requirements on “Vaccine Pass Regulation” under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and other Government’s anti-epidemic measures in force from time to time, and (ii) all terms and conditions / vaccination requirements as considered appropriate by a participating hotel
• Discounted staycation offer applies to any overnight accommodation offer of up to two nights with a minimum net value of HK$500 (including 10 per cent service charge). Click ‘See More Offers’ for details
• Discounted staycation offer is available on a first come, first served basis subject to availability according to the time when the hotel receives the booking request and receipt(s). A successful booking submission does not mean that the hotel has confirmed your booking
• Discounted staycation offer only applies to new and direct bookings made via the hotel’s website with the promotion code ‘HKstay’ starting from the programme booking period
• If a guest is tested positive after check-in, the guest can choose to stay in the original hotel to undergo isolation. The same room rate will be applied as the original period of the stay
• If a guest chooses to stay at an isolation facility, he/she has to report via the online platform “Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test” (https://www.chp.gov.hk/ratp) by the reporting deadline.  The hotel will refund the remaining balance from the day after the guest is sent to the isolation facility. (e.g. 1st-night room fee will be charged if a guest is confirmed positive after occupying the guest room on arrival day.)  
• In view of the current pandemic situation, Hotel with immediate effect will charge HK$1,000 per guest room / HK$1,500 per suite as a disinfection fee to all hotel room guests who are classified as preliminary or confirmed cases during the stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel
