Terms and Conditions

Guests are eligible to earn airline mileage by paying qualifying room rate.
To earn airline mileage, all bookings must be booked direct with Regal Hotels including negotiated corporate rate, Global Distribution System, Regal Hotel's reservations systems and Regal Hotels brand website. Qualifying room rate excludes employee rates, group rates, tour operator rates, package rates, travel industries rates and government rates. Qualifying room rates vary from hotel to hotel, please check with respective hotel for details.
To earn airline mileage, guests must have a valid Frequent Flyer Program membership account, present the valid Frequent Flyer Program membership card upon check-in and be a registered guest of the hotel at the time the charges are incurred. The bill must be registered with his/her name.
A minimum period of one day must elapse between each stay to earn airline mileage. Any back-to-back eligible stays will be counted as one stay only.
Only 1 type of airline mileage can be earned by 1 Frequent Flyer Program member per room, per stay. If multiple rooms paid by a guest, only the room physically stayed by the guest can earn airline mileages.
Airline mileages will be credited to guest’s frequent flyer membership account within 6 to 8 weeks upon confirmation.
Requests for retro-claim of airline mileages must be sent to Regal Hotels International Limited within 6 months from the check-out date. Transactions will be further verified by Regal Hotels International Limited. In case of any dispute, the decision of Regal Hotels International Limited shall be final and conclusive.
All mileages should be subject to its airline companies’ terms and conditions.
In the event that Regal Hotels International Limited terminates its affiliation with any hotel or airline partner, benefit, services and bonus mileages will not be awarded for stays at that property or for that airline partner.
Regal Hotels International Limited assumes no responsibilities and liability for changes or discontinuance of any Partner services.
Regal Hotels International Limited has the right to terminate the Frequent Flyer Program or change, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, awards or award levels pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, even though changes may affect the value of the mileages, awards, earning ability or member benefits already accumulated.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Regal Hotels International Limited shall be final and conclusive.
