Terms & Conditions
- This package does not include housekeeping service. A wellness check and housekeeping service will be conducted every 7 days during the stay. Arrange on day 8.
- Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi for a maximum of 4 devices
- Complimentary hotel scheduled shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong International Airport (Hotel shuttle bus is operated on a fixed schedule. Please click "Additional Services” for the arrangement, subject to availability)
- Complimentary use of fitness centre (08:00 -22:00hr) and outdoor swimming pool (Swimming pool closure during Winter Season)
- Prices stated are in Hong Kong dollars and subject to a 10% service charge and 3% government tax
- A non-refundable payment will be charged upon reservation. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
- Should there be any dispute, the decision of Regal Riverside Hotel shall be final and conclusive
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the package rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products
As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
