Terms & Conditions

• Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable)

• Room assignment on designated floor (no carpet)
• The room rate includes one pet (less than 25kg, except for guide dogs) per room
• The room rate includes one pet per room. A maximum of two pets is permitted per room, with an additional charge of HK$200 per night for the second pet. The access fee will be collected upon arrival
• Only suites can accommodate a maximum of three pets
• All the benefits are offered one time per each individual arrival
• All pet amenities provided are subject to hotel availability
• Pets are not permitted in public area, including all restaurant outlets, OM Spa, outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre etc.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. A cleaning fee will only be charged when it happens on the bed instead of on the floor. Other damages and noises in the rooms (if any) will be charged to the guest accordingly
• Overnight parking space is subject to hotel availability and require advance notice
• 3 days reservation in advance is required
• Please make every effort to keep your pet from making noise indoors. Dogs should always be kept on leash or in carriers when in public areas
• Guests and pet owners will indemnify hotel against all claims, liability, losses, damages
• A non-refundable payment will be charged upon reservation. No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
• If case of any disputes, the decision of Regal Riverside Hotel shall be final and conclusive
• This long-term stay plan is not applicable to Regal Club members to earn points and cannot enjoy free room upgrades
• Supplement charges will be applied on high demand days

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the package rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

Friendly Reminder

New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products
As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
