Experience: Private Wing Chun Class

As our valued member, enjoy a private martial arts lesson focused on the Wing Chun system. It’s a practical, concept-based self-defence method originating from Southern China, characterised by close-range combat, efficiency, simultaneous attack and defence, and the tactical use of an opponent's force against them. Each class emphasises developing tactile sensitivity through Chi Sau (sticky hands) and controlled sparring, helping you build practical self-defence skills in a focused one-on-one setting.
