- Food consumption discount is not applicable to banquet functions, room service, cake shop, bottle wine or any other special promotional offers and menus.
- Supplement of HK$70 applies to each additional quota for breakfast buffet.
-Supplement of HK$200 applies to each additional housekeeping service.
- Supplement of HK$50 applies to each set of tokens for self-service laundry (includes one wash and one dry).
- Full pre-payment of the entire stay is required upon reservations which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Prepayment will be forfeited for any cancellation, late amendment, no-show or early departure.
- The above rates are in Hong Kong dollars and inclusive of the 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable).
- Confirmation is subject to room availability.
- Any extension of stay will be charged on pro-rata basis which is subject to availability and final confirmation.
- Long stay package will not be counted as qualifying stay for earning Regal points.

- The package offer and terms & conditions are bound by the hotel contract and subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of Regal Hotels shall be final and conclusive.

The storage service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The storage service is limited to two items of luggage. Each item must be easily maneuvered by a single person, must not exceed 23kg (50.7 lbs) in weight, and must not exceed 32 inches (81 cm) in any dimension. Items may only be retrieved once per month.
2. The following items are strictly prohibited: fragile, valuable, hazardous, or illegal articles, including:
   • Explosives, flammable materials, or dangerous substances;
   • Perishable items or goods producing unpleasant odours;
   • Items prohibited by law or relevant regulations.
3. Regal Hotel will take due care of stored luggage; however, all risks shall be borne solely by the customer.
4. Regal Hotel shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of stored items, or any items left inside or around the storage lockers. Regal Hotel reserves the right to handle any items left behind or unclaimed on the premises.
5. Regal Hotel reserves the right to dispose of or transfer unclaimed luggage to the hotel’s security department for handling as lost property.
6. Should a customer violate any of these terms and conditions, Regal Hotel may, without prior notice, open the storage locker and terminate the rental service, with no refund provided.
7. Regal Hotel retains the final right of interpretation in the event of any dispute.
8. The customer shall fully indemnify Regal Hotel against all claims, demands, legal actions, proceedings, losses, costs (including legal fees), and expenses of any nature arising from the use of the luggage storage service.
