MICE Benefits

•    Earn DISCOVERY D$ – Earn D$ on eligible room revenue for up to 30 materialised and fully paid room nights per event/group.
•    Complimentary Rooms – One complimentary room for every 30 confirmed and paid room nights, capped at a maximum of three complimentary rooms per group.
•    Complimentary Room Upgrades – One complimentary room upgrade for every 20 confirmed and paid room nights, capped at a maximum of three upgrades per group, subject to availability.
•    Meeting Privilege – Complimentary welcome coffee/tea with two snacks for qualifying meetings/groups with a minimum of 10 rooms.
•    Planner Privilege – One complimentary room upgrade for the meeting planner, subject to availability.
•    Repeat Business Reward – Enjoy 2X D$ on eligible room revenue for the next qualifying event if it is confirmed within six months, subject to the applicable D$ cap. The detailed mechanics can be determined separately before inclusion in the EDM.

Terms & Conditions

•    Valid for new MICE/group bookings confirmed during the promotional booking period, for events held within the stipulated event period.
•    Applicable for meetings/groups with a minimum of 10 materialised room nights per night.
•    Offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or existing bookings.
•    Rates and packages are subject to prevailing taxes and service charges.
•    All bookings and benefits are subject to availability and the respective hotel’s booking, payment and cancellation policies.
•    One complimentary room will be offered for every 30 confirmed and paid room nights, capped at a maximum of three complimentary rooms per group.
•    One complimentary room upgrade will be offered for every 30 confirmed and paid room nights, capped at a maximum of three upgrades per group, subject to availability.
•    Complimentary welcome coffee/tea with two snacks will be offered for qualifying meetings/groups with a minimum of 10 rooms, subject to the participating hotel’s confirmation.
•    One complimentary room upgrade will be offered to the meeting planner, subject to availability.
•    GHA DISCOVERY D$ rewards will be calculated based on eligible room revenue in accordance with the member’s prevailing DISCOVERY membership tier and will apply to a maximum of 30 materialised and fully paid room nights per event/group.
•    D$ will only be awarded after the event has been completed and full payment has been received by the hotel.
•    After completion of the event, the client should submit the D$ claim together with proof of payment to the hotel’s Event Services Manager. The supporting documents will then be forwarded to the Hotel Champion/me for verification and submission to GHA for crediting.
•    Once credited, D$ can be redeemed in accordance with the prevailing GHA DISCOVERY programme terms and conditions.
•    2X D$ for the repeat event will apply only where the next qualifying event is confirmed within six months of the completion of the original event and will be subject to the applicable D$ earning cap and qualifying criteria.
•    Participating hotels reserve the right to amend the promotional offer and applicable terms and conditions where necessary.
