Dragon Inn - the Chinese restaurant at Regal Airport Hotel serves an authentic selection of Shanghai creations with a touch of Beijing specialties in a charming and quaint atmosphere, reminiscent of old Shanghai with traditional décor of lanterns, Chinese style brown wood furniture and art displays.

Our Chef presents a wide selection of enchanting traditional Shanghainese cuisine such as Deep-fried Yellow Croaker with Sweet and Sour Sauce which tickles your palate with its brilliant combination. Meat lovers should not miss the Braised Pork Belly with Egg and Beancurd Sheets, which the pork belly, a famous delicacy, is well braised and entices you with its rich taste.  Other mouth-watering dishes including Camphor Tea Smoked Duck and Stir-fried River Shrimps with Tea Leaves and more are cooked with perfection to deliver to diners the most authentic flavours.
