• TramOramic Tour Ticket availability is subject to Hong Kong Tramway operations.
• We recommend booking at least 10-14 days in advance to secure your spot. Full prepayment is required during booking, and you will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.
• To protect passenger safety, HK Tramways may temporarily change arrival and departure times, adjust service schedules, or cancel service due to road conditions or other factors without notice.
• Child tickets are available for children ages 4 to 11. An adult must accompany children throughout the tour. Children under 4, when accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, will be carried free of charge. No more than one child could be carried free of charge for an adult.
• You must arrive at the departure station 10 minutes before departure to queue for check-in.
• You shall board and alight from the tram by following the guidance of our staff.
• You shall present the e-Voucher and a valid identification document to our staff upon boarding. Our staff will exchange your e-Voucher for a TramOramic Golden Ticket, which provides unlimited rides on a regular passenger tram on or before the date shown on the front of the ticket.
• Altered, invalid or photocopied tickets will not be accepted. Replacements will not be available.
