Set Menu for 4
Indulge in a delightful combination of flavors and textures with dishes such as Barbecued Suckling Pig, Wok-fried Sea Cucumber with Scallops, Fungus and Green Onions, Carb Meat Soup with Bird’s Nest and Winter Melon Or Double Boiled Conch Soup with Maitake and Snow Dates, Braised Sliced Abalone with Pomelo Peel with Vegetable, Steamed Grouper with Soya Sauce, Scallions and Chicken with Oil and Scallions, and followed by a sweet note of Sweetened Pumpkin Soup with Sago at the end.
Set Menu for 6 or 12
Larger group of guests are offered with an expanded version of our Mother's Day Set Menu. Enjoy an array of delectable dishes same as the set menu for 4, with additional dishes, including Deep-fried Crispy Eel, Deep Fried Tiger Prawns with Garlic and Tie Guanyin Tea Leaf and Poached Vegetable with Cherry Tomato and Mushroom in Supreme Soup.
