• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service. 
• Advance reservation is required via www.booking.regalhotel.com.
• No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
• Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax (if applicable).
• The promotion offer is valid on selected dates and room categories only.
• Room reservation is subject to availability and hotel’s final confirmation.
• The promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

• Should there be any disputes, the decision of Regal Oriental Hotels shall be final and conclusive.

• New Regulation on Disposable Plastic Products
  As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
  With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
