Café Allegro is excited to launch our latest dinner buffet theme "A Taste of Spain" and guests are in for a real treat. This new theme is divided into Three sections, the Spain section, Thai section and Hong Kong Classic Section, and offers an exciting and delicious range of dishes. Starting with the cold section, guests can indulge in the Sashimi and Sushi Roll, Parma ham, European Curd Meat Platter, Spanish Seafood Salad, Jamon Serrano Fig Salad with Avocado, also satisfy your taste buds with some of the most delicious seafood items. The Spain tapas and paella section is where guests can enjoy classic Spanish dishes such as Seafood Paella, Gambas Al Ajillo, Chorizo Al Vino Tinto, Tortilla Espanola, Albindigas, Calamares, Champinones Al Ajillo and a range of other Spanish delicacies.
Spain salad comes with Spanish Chorizo with Eggs Salad and Jamon Serrano Ham and Avocado Salad, and a carving station with Chinese and Western delicacies. The Hong Kong Classic section showcases delicacies like Lobster Pumpkin Soup, Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Crab, Golden Prawn with Salty Egg Yolk, Braised Veggies Deluxe, Deep-fried Crispy Beef Brisket, Hainanese Chicken Rice and Ancient Style Steamed Fish that are cooked to perfection, while the Thai section offers a variety of authentic Thai dishes such as Thai Style Raw Shrimps, Thai Curry Roasted Duck, Traditional Indian Butter Chicken, Roasted Fish with Lemongrass and Lime and Beef Rendang that are a real taste sensation. For noodle lovers, the Laksa with seafood will be a sure hit.
Complete the delightful buffet experience with a collection of delicious and colourful desserts such as Fresh Fruit Napoleon, Italian Cheesecake, Chestnut Mousse Cake, Candy Corner, Baked Alaska and Egg Waffle together with unlimited supply of Mövenpick Ice-cream, offering a sweet yet refreshing aftertaste.
