After completing the reservation, guests must click on the following link: (https://bit.ly/4eim4iW) fill in personal information and register for mooncake gift box redemption. In order to avoid disputes, the Mid-Autumn mooncake gift box must be redeemed by the guest who made the reservation (if the guest cannot collect it in person, the name of the entrusted recipient must be written on the registration form), and the confirmation email and personal identity card must be presented to the relevant staff of Regal Hotel for verification when collecting the mooncake gift boxes
• Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift boxes are provided on a first-come-first-served basis whilst stock last
• Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift boxes are only available for redemption at Regal Kowloon Hotel
• Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift box can be redeemed from 13 September to 15 September 2024 (from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm). When redeeming, you must present the official website booking confirmation email and proof of identity, and complete the redemption process at Regal Hongkong Hotel
• Each room can only redeem the Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake gift box for once
• All offers are non-transferable or cumulative, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
• Photos are for reference only
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Regal Kowloon Hotel is final and conclusive

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you've confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.

As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.

With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
