Moving on, savour a selection of exquisite dishes, including Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Fish Maw and Crab Meat, Wok-seared Prawns and Vegetables in XO Sauce, Steamed Cod Fish with Cordyceps Flowers and Date, Poached Choy Sum in Supreme Soup, Braised E-Fu Noodles with Enoki Mushrooms and Conpoy.
