dt_arrow Ms. Belinda Yeung Bik Yiu, JPExecutive Director and Chief Operating Officer

Joined the Group in 1987, Ms Yeung was appointed to the Board in 2002 and designated as the Chief Operating Officer in 2007.

Graduated from Barron Hilton School of Hotel Management, University of Houston, U.S.A., Ms. Yeung has devoted her career in the hospitality industry in U.S.A., Hong Kong and other cities of Mainland China – on both multi-unit corporate and single-unit hotel property management levels. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is in charge of the operations of all Regal Hotels in Hong Kong and other cities of Mainland China. In addition to her hotel management responsibilities,Ms. Yeung is also responsible for the human resources management of the Century City Group.

Ms. Yeung has contributed a lot of her time and effort in serving Hong Kong community in various capacities including Hong Kong Chief Executive Election Committee Member (1997 – 2017), Hong Kong Tourism Board Member (2014 – 2020), Chairman of the Industry Advisory Committee of the School of Hotel & Tourism Management, Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010 – 2016),Fellow of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Honorary Fellow of the Vocational Training Council and Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference – Hui Yang County (2012 – 2016).

Ms. Yeung was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2019. Currently, she is a member of the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Government and the First Vice Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners.

Mr. John A. Girard joined Regal Hotels International in 2009 as General Manager of Regal Kowloon Hotel. He was promoted to the current position of Area General Manager - Hong Kong and General Manager of Regal Airport Hotel Meeting and Conference Centre in 2012. As the Area General Manager - Hong Kong of Regal Hotels International, Mr. Girard has the responsibility of overseeing the operations and service of Regal’ s 6 quality hotels in Hong Kong, ensuring guests experience top service and comfort while facilitating revenue management, sales and operations goals.

Apart from in-charging of the hotel operation and management, Mr. Girard plays the role of Vice President – Development of the Group to oversee the strategic business plans and seek new business development opportunities such as franchise.

Mr. Girard has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the Group, he had spent 18 years with Marco Polo Hotels, during which he held positions of General Manager of the Hongkong Hotel, Vice President, Marketing & Operations and Area Director for Marco Polo’s three Hong Kong properties. In the past three decades, he has held positions in various disciplines in hotels all over the world including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage and particularly Sales & Marketing in Malta, Indonesia, Malaysia, England, Switzerland, Italy, Kuwait, Dubai, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Guyana (South America) and Australia, for International chains such as Hyatt International, Holiday Inn, Beaufort International, Forte Hotels, Rank Hotels and Sino Hotels.

Ms. Dora Liu Man Yee, Vice President – Sales, joined Regal Hotels International as Group Director of Sales in 2002 and was the Director of Sales & Marketing of Regal Hongkong Hotel in 2003. Prior to her promotion to Vice President – Sales in 2009, she was the Executive Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing at Regal Airport Hotel. Holding a Professional Diploma of Marketing Management by Hong Kong Management Association, Ms. Liu has devoted her career in the hotel industry for nearly 20 years. With her professional knowledge of hotel sales and marketing and extensive exposure in hotel room sales focusing on Global Account Management & E-Commerce business development, Ms. Liu has been holding executive positions at hotel and corporate levels within the Group. Before joining Regal, she was with The Park Lane Hotel as Director of Sales.

As the Vice President – Sales, Ms. Liu is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of sales effort and providing guidelines to Sales Team of Regal Hotels in Hong Kong.

Ms. Ayse Wong Oi Sze, rejoined Regal Hotels International in 2010 and now she is the Vice President – Human Resources. Ms. Wong was under the employ of Regal between 1992 and 2001 working in Corporate Office, Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel in various Human Resource capacities. Graduated from University of Hawaii Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Travel Industry Management, Ms. Wong has acquired over 20 years’ hotel and human resources management experience in renowned hotels and companies such as The Regent and Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Ms. Wong is also responsible for the Human Resources functions of the Century City Group including Paliburg and Regal REIT.

Mr. Samdy Yuen Yau Ki, Group Director of Rooms rejoined Regal Hotels International in 2016. Majored in Marketing at RMIT University, he worked at senior executive positions in esteemed hotels across Hong Kong and Mainland China, including JW Marriott Hotel, Holiday Inn Express and Sino Hotels Group in the past 30 years. As the Group Director of Rooms, Mr. Yuen oversees and provides guidance to Room Operations of the Group.


  Mr. Samdy Yuen Yau Ki

Mr. Creash Wong Yiu Lung, Group Director of Food & Beverage and also General Manager of Metropolitan Food and Beverage Limited , joined Regal Hotels International in 2018 and is responsible for food and beverage management for the group. Prior to his leadership in Regal Hotels International, he acquired professionally-trained experiences in esteemed hotels such as Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts, The Royal Garden, Miramar Hotel and Investment Company Limited and Royal Plaza Hotel for more than 25 years. He also represented Hong Kong at the Asia-Oceania Sommelier Competition and held the championship in The Best Sommelier of Hong Kong 2009.

Mr. Wong is a Senior Sommelier of the Hong Kong Sommelier Association.

Mr. Sidney Tse Hok Yin joined Regal Hotels International in December 2015 and is the Group Director of Purchasing taking charge of the overall activities and functions of the Group Purchasing Department at Regal. Graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of Hotel & Tourism Management, Mr. Tse has acquired over 28 years of hotel purchasing experience with over 25 years in managerial positions in esteemed hotels and publicly listed companies such as Mandarin Oriental, China Hotel, Langham Hotels, W Hotel and Marco Polo Hotels.

Mr. Tse is a Member of Institute of Hospitality since 2008.

Mr. Poon is responsible for providing strategic direction of business goals and initiatives, directing and overseeing the operations of group’s properties in China.

Mr. Eric Lau Leung Kit, Group Director of Project, joined Regal Riverside Hotel as Assistant Manager of Front Office in 1992. Mr. Lau attained his Master of Business Administration from The University of Management and Technology and is a seasoned hotelier with nearly 30 years in renowned hotels such as Sheraton Hotel and extensive experience in Hotel Project Management in Hong Kong and in the Mainland China.

Mr. Lau is currently managing hotel Pre-opening projects, with oversight across all technical, facilities planning and procurement aspects to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in accordance with the Group’s requirement.
