Mother’s Day Set Dinner

At China Coast Bar + Grill, we skillfully blend the essence of Eastern and Western cuisines to prepare a sophisticated Mother's Day dinner for you and your beloved mother. The meal begins with a creatively crafted appetizer—slow-cooked abalone served with three uniquely flavoured sauces: a Mediterranean-style fennel lemon olive, traditional Chinese X.O. sauce with bean sprouts and sesame, and a Japanese-style eel sauce with wasabi and tobiko yolk. For the main course, you can choose between pan-seared slow-cooked sea bass or stir-fried beef tenderloin.
