Terms & Conditions

• Hygienic maid service on every 3 days according to fixed schedule once confirmed. Additional maid service will be charged at HK$100 per service. Extra daily maid service for 30 nights will be charged at HK$1,000 (non-refundable)
• “Wellcome” supermarket cash voucher - HK$50 for 7-night package, HK$150 for 14-night package, HK$300 for 30-night package
• Asia Miles – 500 points for 14-night package, 1,000 points for every 30-night package
• Complimentary pound laundry twice a week (max. 7 pounds per service).  Additional pounds at HK$40 net per pound or special price for max. 7 pounds at HK$140 net per service
• All the above prices are in HK dollars, and inclusive of 10% service charge
• Full or monthly payment is required prior to arrival
• Additional night(s) can be calculated on pro-rate basis
• Cancellation policy: no cancel, non-refundable & non-transferable
• Food & Beverage discount is exclusive of 10% service charge and not applicable for any special set menus, events or promotions
• Reservation must be made in advance with valid credit card guarantee, and subject to Hotel final confirmation
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Regal Hongkong is final and conclusive
