Starting from 6 March 2023, our Executive Chef and his team will bring scrumptious enjoyment to you in this season and present “Lobster & Giant Garoupa Dinner Buffet" at Cafe Rivoli; showcasing their culinary skills and love in fresh seafood with carefully selected seasonal ingredients.  Features a diverse selection of fresh seafood on ice, including but not limited to Lobster, British Bread Crab, Blue Mussels, Shrimp and more!  Tempting appetisers and salads on a rotational basis, including Champagne Lobster with Green Apple Puree, Giant Grouper Terrine, Giant Grouper with Citrus Jello, Thai Pork Neck Salad and Thai Papaya Salad, just to name a few!  

Other sumptuous Lobster and Giant Garoupa savoury hot dishes include Stir-fried Grouper Fillet with XO Sauce, Sautéed Seasonal Vegetable with Fish Maw, Braised Giant Grouper Head with Ginger and Onions Casserole, Stir-Fried Lobster Claw with Spiced Salt, as well as Seafood and Truffle with Lobster Sauce in Puff Pastry, among many other appetising delicacies. The comprehensive kid delights showcasing kids' favourites such as Fried Chicken, Mini Burgers, Fried Onion Rings, Meatball Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Fish Fingers with French Fries.
