In celebration of the recognition, the culinary team of Mezzo has delicately crafted the MASTERCHEF Wine-pairing menu to tantalize our guests’ taste buds.

Chef Ray Lam, Executive Chef of Mezzo, Regal Kowloon Hotel offers a truly exceptional American-Italian dining experience using the freshest and finest of ingredients sourced from around the world. Specializing in Italian and American cuisine, Chef Ray Lam has over 30 years of culinary experience. As an awarding-wining Chef, his culinary accolades include Silver Medal and Certificate of Award in Western Cuisine Competition of 1999 HOFEX Hong Kong International Culinary and more.  A highlight of the menu is the Lukewarm Lobster Salad with Caviar, Green Asparagus, Crispy Parma Ham and Lemon Vinaigrette paired with Tenuta Guado al Tasso Vermentino Bolgheri DOC 2019, which is an Italian white wine with fruity and persistent long floral and fruit finish. The menu also features the all-time favourite such as Beef Wellington with Truffle Madeira Sauce, a cut of beef surrounded by pate and mushroom duxelles and wrapped in golden pastry.

The 4-course menu is priced at HK$638 per person (minimum 2 persons) or add HK250 for wine-pairing (4 kinds of wine). All prices are subject to 10% service charge.
