This collaboration, with PolyU’s Research Centre for Digital Transformation of Tourism serving as the coordinating unit, ensuring seamless execution of the partnership's objectives, aims to advance initiatives in hotel digitalisation, artificial intelligence (AI), talent development, and industry engagement, thereby supporting the next phase of Smart Hotel transformation in Hong Kong and beyond.
