Terms and Conditions

• Enrollment of 925 Club membership is limited to designated persons by invitation only and is subject to Regal Hotels International Limited’s final discretion.
• 925 Club membership is valid for 12 months. Applicants must obtain their Company’s endorsement for joining 925 Club membership.
• One company can only enroll one type of membership, either Corporate or Individual membership and shall not change after confirmation.
• Each Corporate membership must have minimum 1 to maximum 2 representatives for the Company. 925 points earned by the Company will be accumulated in one 925 Club membership account. Representative(s) of Corporate membership can be changed with written notice by the Company. But the points earned under Corporate membership cannot be carried forward to a new company by the representative. Company should inform Regal Hotels International Limited if the representatives leave the Company, the membership will be terminated and the remaining 925 points will be forfeited upon membership expiry date if there is no new replacement.
• Each Individual membership has only 1 representative and a Company can enroll unlimited number of Individual membership. Each person can enroll one Individual membership only. 925 points earned by each member will be accumulated in their own 925 Club account. As soon as the representative leaves the company, the membership will be terminated and the remaining 925 points will be forfeited. Endorsements from existing company and new company are required for Individual member if member would like to carry the membership and points to the new company for his/her personal use. Companies have the right to disallow their staff from carrying the membership to another company despite they are individual members.
• Corporate membership cannot be transferred to other Company. Individual membership cannot be transferred to other representative.
• The 925 Club member is required to earn at least 100 points within 12 months in order to renew the membership.
• Enrolling in the 925 Club program signifies your acceptance to the full program terms and conditions.
• Regal Hotels International Limited has the right to terminate the 925 Club program or amend, update, add or delete any of the program rules, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. • All information collected from 925 Club members will be used by Regal Hotels International Limited and its affiliate companies for marketing purposes and 925 Club membership maintenance only in accordance with the privacy statement of Regal Hotels International Limited.
• Should any dispute arise, the decision of Regal Hotels International Limited shall be final and conclusive.
• If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Member Benefits

• The 925 Club membership benefits and offers are for registered Individual or Corporate members only. One membership card will be issued for each Individual membership. Member presenting the membership card in person can enjoy the membership benefits and offers. A maximum of two membership cards will be issued for each Corporate membership. The 925 Club Corporate membership card will not have imprinted name, the cardholder will be eligible to enjoy the membership benefits and offers.
• The 925 Club membership card is non-transferable. Membership card must be presented before settling the bill to enjoy the offer.
• Offers are not applicable to 10% service charge, happy hours, ticket sales events, banquet, group dining over 12 persons, festive and non-homemade items at Regal Patisserie, special promotional items and menus, all-inclusive menus, bottled wine, cigarette, charges for tea and condiments, selected items and beverages consumption.
• Offers cannot be used on festive days, the eve of festive days and selected dates specified by individual hotels. Please check with the hotel when making reservation.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, complimentary valet parking or privileges cards.
• Wedding and annual dinner discount is available for corporate membership staff only and is subject to hotel’s availability. It is applicable to food items on regular priced menu only. It is not applicable to 10% service charge and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Points Earning and Redemption

• 925 points will be credited to one 925 Club account of any membership type only.
• 925 points will be valid for 12 months from membership effective or renewal date, whichever is later, and will be forfeited on the membership expiry date. Redeemed prize and unused 925 points cannot be transferred or redeem for cash, other product or services.
• 925 points cannot be transferred, split or combined with other Individual or Corporate membership accounts despite the membership account is under the same company or mother company.
• 925 points will be counted based on actual paid rate of eligible items only, excluding no-show charges and cancellation penalties. Points generated from hotel rooms expenses are calculated on a nightly basis.
• To earn 925 points, members must quote their membership number when making reservation. Failure to do so may result in the omission of 925 points. Points will be audited and verified by Regal Hotels International Limited prior credit to the membership account.
• In case of missing points, member must raise the retro-claim request to Regal Hotels International Limited within 2 months after bill payment. Retro-claim of missing points will be at the sole discretion of Regal Hotels International Limited and late submission of request will not be entertained.
• To be eligible for 925 points, Chinese or Western banquet bookings must be arranged through Banquet Department. No points will be granted from discounted banquet bills.
• In case of any point dispute, members must report to the hotel within 2 months after guest check-out or completion of event. Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
• Members must fill in the 925 Club points redemption form to redeem selected vouchers. Only the authorized representative(s) can submit the redemption request for any membership.
• Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for redemption process and vouchers delivery by respective hotel sales to members directly.
• All vouchers for redemption of Regal Hotels products or services can be used at designated Regal Hotels in Hong Kong only. Except Regal Vouchers which can be used with 925 Club membership discount (if applicable), all other Regal Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• To redeem Regal Hotels products or services with Regal Vouchers, prior reservation is required and notification must be given to hotel staff that vouchers will be used.
• All Regal Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, other product or services. If the redeemed amount is less than the value of Regal Voucher, no change will be provided.
• Regal Vouchers cannot be used to settle 10% service charge. The voucher value will be deducted from the original bill before 925 Club discount applies (if any) and cannot earn 925 points. The voucher cannot be used on festive days, the eve of festive days and selected dates specified by individual restaurants or ticket-sale events. Please check with the hotel when making reservation.
• The use of Regal Hotels room upgrade or accommodation voucher is subject to hotel’s room availability and final confirmation.
• The use of 55 minutes OM Spa Signature Massage at Regal Airport Hotel or Regal Riverside Hotel voucher is subject to availability.
• All vouchers will not be re-issued if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to change the rewards list without prior notification.

Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions

• MICE group with minimum 10 materialized rooms daily or above and with minimum one full-day meeting package or one gala dinner or one food and beverage event with the number of participants same as or more than the daily materialized rooms on the master bill will be eligible to earn 925 points.
• Government tax (if applicable), service charges, complimentary room, amount settled by vouchers, miscellaneous charges paid by individual guests, contract out and paid out, etc. are not eligible for 925 points.
• Regal MICE vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for subsequent MICE events.
• To be eligible for 925 points, MICE events must be arranged through Sales Department.
• Calculation of 925 points will be based on the event final master bill charges instead of any individual room charges.
