Healing Art Festival Giveaway Campaign - Mindfulness Q&A Challenge Giveaway Campaign – Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in “Healing Art Festival Giveaway Campaign - Mindfulness Q&A Challenge Giveaway Campaign” (this Campaign), participants automatically and voluntarily agree to the Terms and Conditions stated, and Facebook’s Terms and Conditions. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the participants.
2. All participants must be Hong Kong Permanent Residents aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
3. Entries for this Campaign are completed on a voluntary basis. Regal Hotels International shall not be liable for any legal responsibility or claims incurred by this Campaign and its prizes.
4. The Campaign period shall start from 12:00 pm, 4 March 2024 until 12:00 pm, 11 March 2024 (Hong Kong Time). Participants should complete the below steps by the submission deadline (12:00 pm on 11 March 2024). Failure to follow any of the below steps may result in disqualification.

➢ Step 3: Answer the question "When I am under a lot of stress, I will...to relieve stress," and provide a brief explanation.
Example: When I am under a lot of stress, I will listen to music to relieve stress. Some dynamic music can relieve the heavy pressure caused by intense work. It not only brings peace of mind and body, but also makes stressful life easier.

5. The 36 participants who give the correct answer with the most creative sharing will be selected as the winners. All the entries and records of Regal Hotels International shall prevail.
6. All edited answers and repeated entries will be disqualified.
7. Each participant is eligible for no more than one entitlement. Regal Hotels International reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any fans with faked Facebook accounts.
8. Participants must confirm the accuracy of all information provided, without any fraud on submission of personal data, or false submission of personal data of others. Participants will be disqualified from this Campaign if the information provided is inaccurate, incorrect or omitted.
9. Award winners shall provide their personal particulars including but not limited to a) Full Name as stated on the valid Hong Kong Identity Card; b) HKID No.; c) Mobile Phone No. and d) Email Address for verification. All personal data collected for this Campaign will only be used for prize redemption and will be deleted after prize redemption.
10. All content submitted in this Campaign shall not contain content that is illegal, indecent, disturbing, provocative, offensive, intrusive, defamatory or discriminatory of race, religion, gender or age. Violation of this term will result in disqualification.
11. Regal Hotels International is not responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
12. Copyrights of submitted contents
➢ All contents provided must be original. The loss and liability caused by the infringements of copyrights shall go to the participants. None of the liability shall be shared by Regal Hotels International.
➢ Regal Hotels International reserves the rights of rewriting, publishing, promoting and exhibiting the articles and visuals submitted.
➢ Regal Hotels International reserves the copyrights of the winning contents.
13. All prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other goods.
14. This Campaign shall be subject to and governed by the law of Hong Kong.
15. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. In case of any disputes, Regal Hotels International reserves the right of final decision. Regal Hotels International reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
