Regal Hotels Joins Hands with Ju Fu Shan Zhuang to Present the Legacy of Shunde Cuisine
(Hong Kong, 20 October 2023) - After years of evolution and development, many original flavours and classic dishes have been lost or faded in the ever-changing diversity of Chinese cuisine. Shunde in Foshan, however, reputed as one of the cradles of Cantonese cuisine, is still holding their cooking traditions dearly and is bestowed with an old saying “Food in Guangzhou, cooking out of Fengcheng” for ages. Fengcheng, another name for Shunde, is appointed as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy.
